I do not have access to a macOS machine outside of mac-builder and GitHub Actions so a patch is difficult to produce for me. However, based on supporting QuantLib for all these years I also do not think special work is needed (besides some patience as the libraries are not small).

As described in issue #191 at RQuantLib, the macOS arm64 machines are behind (by a few years) in the versions of QuantLib (and Boost) used.
Exact versions do not matter (based on our experience on other OSs) to maybe pick
