cannot initiate a capture ; neither attach nor create #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to start a capture by Creating a Process or Attaching to a Process.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
well expected to start capturing packets of selected process
instead (check the attached file )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.10.4 ON Windows 7

Did you try the instructions presented in that message? If you did, did oSpy 
ever work before on your system?

for instruction #1 i am sure i have it, but #2 i tried the command it seems that
uf command is not recognized as a command in my MSDOS

I'm afraid gacutil.exe is not in your PATH, so you will have to CD to its 
directory before running those commands. Does that resolve the problem?
