[VIP menu translation] #90

A small modification to the plugin's source code.

There were two sentences in the source code where it was in Russian language, I just added it in the code so that the plugin looks for a translation in the translation file.

In-game phrases were displayed when you used the "List VIPS Players" option and there were the Russian phrases that could not be changed, now it can be translated into any language. :)

No, I don't understand SourcePawn, I've done my best.

@Ferks-FK just copy this code https://github.com/R1KO/VIP-Core/blob/add_internal_storage/addons/sourcemod/scripting/vip/adminmenu/List.sp#L15-L19

and change phrases names in "vip_core.phrases.txt"
