Finally resumed some work, mainly just on navbar (got underline hover working but not fully functional, despite trying everything), and added delay in animation for homepage. Also worked on some accessibility issues and added title for webpages. But still some front-end tasks left.
Namely getting images for boxes/programs, fixing navbar hover, finishing animation (or waiting until after back-end?) and re-aligning text in contacts.
