Tune sensors to where it has to be.

Lasers have been set up, but might need to do something about the janky solution that we have right now, might not.

Leadcels weren't functioning properly, found out it was in the wrong ports, so that was fixed fast enough.
Lasers are now aimed properly, but as long as the charging station frame moves too much, it might move the laser away from the receiver.
Halsensors should be working properly, it at least shows when it is being activated, only the software needs an update, because the function of the sensors have been changed slightly.

Leadcells are finally done and calibrated to the the pressure necessary for the mechanism.

We had a couple problems with the sensors after turning the mechanism on today, this bug has been fixed by Erik and Kalil.
