correct playlist_v2 to playlists_v2

Dont merge yet gonna correct a few other spelling mistakes, unless that would be better done via multiple PRs, though since its the same file id say it should be the same pr

The trick to getting top contributor is making a new PR for each typo fix >:)

(either is fine btw)
