Possible VRAM memory leak in TF2 Northstar

Bug

When i play, the game exceeds the VRAM budget set in the game settings, leading to performance degradation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the game
2. Set the VRAM Limit to any limit the game allows
3. Play the game until the game exceeds that limit

Specifications

• Northstar version: 1.9.4
• Platform: Steam (Arch Linux on main PC/Fedora on laptop)
• CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 (main PC)/i7 12700h (laptop)
• RAM: 16GB(main PC)/8GB (laptop)
• GPU: RX Vega 56 (main PC)/RTX 3050 Ti Mobile (Laptop)

Does this also happen with vanilla client?
