failed to initialize origin northstar lsx running

Bug

crashes on launch, tried to put -northstar in both launch options and ns_startup_args, worked once and then after pc was turned off and back on it broke, tried replacing the files with older versions, verifying integrity, even uninstalling and reinstalling the main game twice to try and change the files back. nothing worked
