Chat messages sometimes do not get sent #449

This issue started to appear since the update of Fvnkhead's servers to 1.12.4. I don't know if other servers are affected. This may or may not be linked to #448 as those two issues arised at the same time

Bug

From time to time, sending a message in chat straight up doesn't works. You can still read the chat and see player messages, but you can't send any messages. Disconnecting and reconnecting from the server seems to fix this issue.

As far as I tested, this doesn't occurs in 1.12.3. Only 1.12.4

Problem resolved after #447 and/or v1.12.5
