This would very much be possible and I'll mention this to other devs when I get home ( Friday ).
My current idea would be restructuring main menu to look something like this:
Titanfall 2 + Northstar
Campaign
Offline ( basically what ns_auth_allow_insecure is rn )
Vanilla
Northstar
Settings
Quit
This would require some refactoring, but is in general a great QOL change
I don't see the point of having an offline mode tbh

The ability to hop in any map without having to wait for Auth or go through any menus.

One could make an argument that (while untrue) an offline mode brings as closer to allowing to play Titanfall2 without an account and hence makes piracy easier.
(also map
command exists if you really need that :>)

By Offline I meant the ability to hop in a map without requiring to auth with masterserver

Still requires auth

I see the appeal but I think it could better be a row under Northstar
maybe like this
Northstar
- Launch Northstar >
map mp_lobby
- Play Offline > map select menu > load map
Server browser and Vanilla seemlessly in a single launch
It would begreat to be able to play both without needing to restart, it's currently impossible due to Northstars restriction of server commands running on launch, it would be possible to put that into scripts so it only runds or get disabled while opening server browser or vanilla respectively but that would cause security issues according to some. Other suggestion was to do it this way but implement it directly into Northstar.dll which could make it inaccesible to mods therefore eliminating the security issue. It would be great to have this looked into some more.
