Mention which files can be deleted for dedicated server #268

Docker image instructions mention which files can be deleted. We could probably carry those over to wiki.

Would be primarily aimed at beginner Windows hosters.

Advanced Windows and Linux hosters probably already know about the :sparkles: secret sauce :sparkles: anyway :P
