Embed ModdingDocs link instead of using an inline link

This is done is it renders nicer on GitBook itself.

Fun fact, we haven't edited the front page for so long that GitBook never refreshed the embed previews for this page and as such still thinks northstar.tf still redirects to GitHub instead of showing our webpage ^^

EDIT: Even doing some changes on the same page, they still use the cached version, lmao
