Use gitbook preprocessor #282

Add the mdbook-gitbook preprocessor to the config file.

Also adds usage information to the readme.

Marked as draft cause it's still missing installation instructions. In particular, the preprocessor does not provide binary downloads yet, so you will need to have Rust toolchain installed and compile it from source to use it.
