Update docs to mention `cmake` #299

Some updated crate (winapi?) now requires cmake. Docs should mention how to install it and add it to path

Apparently cmake nowadays gets installed when installing visual studio (which is a dependency for Tauri already anyway). If that's the case we should just mention how to link that one ^^
