Improve template of the task class #1066

Adding TClonesArray read and write in the template class and example data types.

I haven't tested it. If there is a problem of any new task created from this template, please report it and I will fix it in the following PRs.

@jose-luis-rs @hapol Could you please merge this request? This is a template from Yanzhao to add a new task into R3BRoot filling in TClonesArrays. The previous template he had used vectors as an output.
