Minor update for CALIFA simulation classes

This PR solves the problems observed in the issue https://github.com/R3BRootGroup/R3BRoot/issues/853, so now the PID should work better.

Other modifications:

1. CrystalPoint name changed to CalifaPoint
2. All the energies are in MeV instead of GeV
