Describe your proposal.

This improves the current CALIFA digitizer to produce more realistic CAL level data:

Crystals in gamma and proton ranges
Setters for crystal energy resolutions of gamma and proton ranges
ToT energies for crystals in gamma range
CrystalPoint name changed to CalifaPoint
All the energies are in MeV instead of GeV

This PR also requires the merge of PR #915.
