Korean SGS doesn't seem to change location #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded Market Enabler
2. changed region (tried both (CA)Rogers and (US)Verizon
3. started Market app (I live in Korea) and nothing had changed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see games and other apps that aren't available in South 
Korea....There are no games on the South Korean Market

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
I am using Tegrak Kernel using Version 3.1.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

First time I tried, my phone just foze for a few minutes and the force closed 
the app....Tried several times after and nothing seems to happen.....

Attach a logcat output if possible.
