Feature Request: Multiple MM Installs #16

Request:

Ability to easily switch between different installs of MM+

Implementation suggestion:

in settings window there will be a list of install locations with a dropdown box where you can select the install that r4d should be managing at the time.

Implemented in a0825509ff601b124b64afd03bc54de90a35ad44. Will be included in next release
