its impossible now bc riot add vanguard and skinchanger will not update anymore :C

Use cs-lolmanager it have a Mac version and what you ask for R3nzSkin a Mac version will not happen because will be awful for the Windows version who will no longer be updated in april because of Vanguard https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=t2niKNCmiUY&t=167s
