What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Entered at battle.net to login my account
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I try to login in my WoW account after i reformatted, the auth code
doesn't work. I wrote down the restore code and serial number in and it worked
for winauth so I have it on there. But when i enter the auth code when i login
for World of Warcraft, it's not accepting it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, newest version.

Please provide any additional information below.

By the way, I wrote down the restore code and serial key before i Reformatted
,then I reformatted my PC. Then I downloaded Winauth, entered the restore and
serial key, it worked. Then I tried logging in my WoW account, its not
accepting the auth keys at all :[

Can you make sure the new authenticator is synced with the server. Right-click
and choose "Sync Server Time". If the code doesn't change, wait for the next
code (in 30 seconds) and try to log in again.

If you successfully restored your authenticator with the code and serial, it is
valid, as Blizzard won't allow you to restore one with any typing errors.

Are you using version 2 or the version 3 beta?
