Identical to issue 72, authenticator broke :(

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click authenticator button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the authenticator to open, an error message shows, '.' hexadecimal 00x0 does 
not exist or something of the like

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.1314

literally exactly the same issue as issue 72

worked it out, removed authenticator xml file from appdata folder and replaced 
it with authenticator xml file from authenticator folder

Ok. Glad you got it working. Please consider upgrading to at least version 2, 
if not v3. Also write down your restore code and serial number in case of any 
future issues.
