Unable to load xml file completely. #191

What version of WinAuth?

3.1.8

What system/version (e.g. Windows 7)?

Windows 8.1

How many authenticators do you have? If one, what type (e.g. Google
Authenticator/Battle.net)?

Microsoft, Battle.net, Google, Guildwars, Lastpass etc

Do you use a password?

yes

Do you use the "Encrypt to only be useable on this computer" protection?

Dont know

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Just start application

If you are able to load WinAuth, please click the cog icon and choose
"About...". Click the Diagnostics button and copy the contents of the field
(beginning with "--BEGIN PGP MESSAGE---") into a file and attach to this
issue.

Please provide any additional information:

After enter the password Ive got this error http://i.imgur.com/pSXybV1.png
I tryed my old backup, but its the same.
After I click ok, I only see 3 authenticator, 2x Battle.net and Guildwars .2

Can send send me that winauth.xml file so I can check it here.

Also, can you do the following:

1) Run "Regedit". (press WinKey-R or do Start->run and type 'regedit', click 
OK).
2) In the left side, click and open up HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3) Click and open Software
4) Click and open WinAuth3
5) Click and open Backup
6) On the right side, you see one or more lines with "---BEGIN PGP 
MESSAGE---...". Double-click each line to open a window and copy everything in 
the 'Value data' field and paste it into an email or text file.

No problem. Odd though. Anything you noticed that changed?

Please make sure you have a backup, in case you get it again and can't recover. 
You can use the Export on the options menu.
