Potential for Linux Port? #194

As I'm not seeing this question brought up yet, I'm wondering has anyone made 
an efforts to port (I know wine may / may not (if you pay for the codeweavers 
tool there is a supposed working way there... but..)) to linux. I'd be curious 
what your thoughts are on this and what might be entailed.

There are no plans, by me anyway. I have tried to build it on Mono before but 
hit some incompatibilities. Maybe will try again another day.
