{clipr} dependency #23

{clipr} is not a dependency though it is part of rename_helper there arent any tests but I have added an equivalent to {appliedepidata} which is skipped on cran becasue they dont do interactive stuff should probably add to dependency here aswell as an importfrom in the function script and add tests
