add msf_dict_rename_helper() to surveys #290

I updated the function in {epidict} to also work for surveys - so need to add to templates

{epidict} function updated here https://github.com/R4EPI/epidict/commit/f7626a65d367561e0301f14ec59e5ae528f6f6c6 now just need to add to tempaltes
