Warning notification/tone when playlist is approaching empty. #10

When the playlist reaches the last few songs, a notification should be sent to all users who can add to the playlist. Maybe this should also play a short tone.

This is resolved in the latest commit.

A warning tone will now play when there are three or less tracks in the playlist. This tone plays every 60 seconds with 3 tracks remaining, 30 seconds with 2, 10 seconds with 1 and every second when the playlist is empty.
