When the queue is empty, the radio should automatically play random tracks from the previous tracks that have been played.

Basic AutoDJ functionality has now been added, the playlist will now never have less than 3 tracks in it. If nobody is listening, AutoDJ automatically disables and will wait until a new listener arrives before starting up again. AutoDJ cannot be disabled at the moment.
