An output-able list of upvoted tracks would be nice, maybe with "when they were upvoted" or... in "last played" order

Track data is now saved to the database. This means up/down votes are now saved to the database (for a Track). Specific tracks you have personally up/down voted are not currently saved.

Voting did break but I have now fixed it and votes are being tracked again. The votes are still only global and no record of "who voted" is kept.
