Add a description

Adapted bash scripts and workflow yml scripts to reflect the changes from issue #168

Some questions to ask: What is this change? Workflow scripts and bash scripts were modified.

What does it fix? Old yml scripts and bash scripts did not work any longer with the improved CMakeLists.txt files.

How has it been tested? Has been tested on

Ubuntu Linux 22.04.1 LTS (bash scripts and Linux artifacts)
Windows 11 (Windows build and artifacts)
Windows 10 (Windows build)
GitHub (workflow)
