v1_2 includes missing in pre-release v1.3.0-b1 artifacts #178

Describe the bug In all pre-compiled artifacts both Linux and Windows the header files for v1_2 are missing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download any artifact from pre-release v1.3.0-b1
  2. Unpack it
  3. Examine the folder include/openScenarioLib/generated
  4. See that folder v1_2 is missing

Expected behavior In the folder mentioned above there has to be the folder v1_2 containing the necessary includes.

Fixed in pre-release v1.3.0-b2, pull request #179 respectively
