Add default notification protocol value

Adds a default notification protocol value since this is optional in the protocol schema
When this is empty, a NullPointerException is thrown

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "org.radarbase.appserver.dto.protocol.NotificationProtocol.getMode()" because "protocol" is null
