Enable monthly per-project snapshots for easier downloads. The zip command is extremely fast if files are not updated since the previous snapshot. Especially for older parts of the dataset, this is not expected to happen. Note that zipping the file only affects the grouping of the files, no compression is applied, since the csv files are already gzipped.
