Major updates -

Changes required to make it work with latest MP 0.4.1
Refactored the code
Use latest dependencies including oauth-client-util
Add integration tests with latest management portal 0.4.1
Moved from tomcat to grizzly as a http server
Upgraded build, Dockerfile and travis CI Closes #23 Closes #22 Fixes #21
