Section E Checkboxes not saved when clicking Check for Completeness #206

If the users clicks save, moves to another student or section the checkboxes save correctly. If they fill the check boxes and click check for completeness it saves the form except for the checkboxes.

This has been updated to successfully retain the checkbox selections when they click check for completeness.
