Another Issue with Teacher Log In #236

I've uploaded site 350 (another research project) with 79 students. The site, teachers and students upload on the system, but I'm getting the error below. Then, none of the passwords work on the system. image

One case seems to hang around in the import. Maybe that's what's holding it up? I can seem to understand why the passwords arent working. The upload file is attached here: upload.Target Kids.79.2023.xlsx

Same issue here. A very small group. the file imports fine. But teacher login doesn't work?

Thanks! Same issue again with another file. It's like the system is holding onto old passwords even after I delete a teachers account.

It 100% will hold onto the old one – the teacher account is different from the user account that holds the pwd. I think I can make it so that a teacher account will update the pwd to the current year.

Oh wow! Well that explains things. Well if you could Make that change it would be great. I didn’t understand that’s how it worked
