google-cloud-storage-bucket-uri parameter fails if no bucket_path is defined #10

Passing a bucket URI ('gs://{bucket_name}/{bucket_path}') to the '--google-cloud-storage-bucket-uri' CLI parameter, without the bucket_path part, results in an error in RiaB.
