My architecture for my ubuntu machine is aarch64 (or ARM) and there is a huge lack of whats supported and whats not in the wiki page. The wiki page is very lack luster and too basic to be considered a wiki page. I hope there should be an option for ARM architecture machines.
Note: I also attempted to use this on my MacBook Pro 2018, This is a NOT an arm architecture based system, as when i use Boot Camp and run the server on Windows 10, it works like a charm but when i run this on the standard MacOS terminal, it gives me a similar message.
zsh: exec format error: ./RageCoop.Server
It might be a that your compiler for Linux Based systems is bad and there is a lack of testing for compiled versions for Linux
As i already said, the wiki page is very lacking in information and barely gives information about support about Linux and this is a major problem.
I hope you test your compiled binary files on an Linux Distro like Ubuntu or anything as it's just the bare minimum before adding it to your download page.
I've seen no issue about this meaning (Grand Theft Auto V is only a windows game so low percentage from the linux will have such issues) that little to no linux users are encountering this problem and they are most likely emulating this software on a Windows Virtual Machine but i don't want to put extra effort into making your server software work on my Linux machine. So please tell me what i can do to make this error go away and play with my friends
I realized that it tells the arch type on the zip file name, it is compaitable with both Darwin or my Ubuntu arch
I tried both nightly and release versions of RageCoop, they all lead to one error
-bash: ./RageCoop.Server: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
The documentation barely explains anything about this error at all. Please help
