update a few elements + add some raidww2 specific ones (unfinished)

some elements are completely non functional cause i got too lazy to actually set them up properly (the ones shown below)

- navlinkelement
- coreelementworld
- escortelement
- navigationstitcher (all of them)

also added whatever map display options is for waypoints plus there are probably more elements but i cba finding them
