The case statements tracked oddly in the blame. Is there a better way I could have done this?

This does not override right click's menu from appearing, to be very clear, but this does prevent other mouse buttons ruining the behavior of, specifically, tools in PMH. If right click's menu should be disabled completely please let me know. Marking as ready for review
