Fix: Reopen ARM64 image #75

Opening this issue again to resolve the arm64 arch image for the Nightingale.

Problem: It has been found that, if you are doing reverse engineering or forensics and while doing the binary analysis because of the arch mis-matched, the /proc/<1111>/exe is not able to run the ELF 32-bit LSB executable or ELF 64-bit x86-64 arch binaries
