Added Makefile for Linux/Ubuntu use, improved readme #8

Hello,

I added a Makefile to compile the code under Linux/Ubuntu without the need for any IDE. Then I removed the ADR mode from the tracker, as it is mobile and ADR can lead to worse results. I also edited the readme to reflect instructions for the Linux use.
