Delete package_rakwireless_com_rui_index.json #8

Because this file is nearly identical to package_rakwireless.com_rui_index.json. The only difference is the number of tab spaces before the { on line 1577, which is purely cosmetic anyway.

Plus, this code change indicates the new name is the correct one. Not sure personally if this is the case, but regardless, there is no need for both files as it causes confusion on which one to use.

If the file name with the . is indeed the name you wish to use, then the README should be updated to reflect this. I think the file should use only underscores (_) like the other file package_rakwireless_index.json, and the true nature of the referenced issue should be investigated. Because I don't see how a period got introduced in the file names at all to begin with when the other one works fine with only underscores.

The old JSON file name causes problems in ArduinoIDE V2.x At the moment both files are maintained for backward compatibility.
