Failed to decode the buffer #129

Hello,
I would like to know why Boghe frequently or constantly shows a error message 
to the debugging window of my vs2008. 
It is ok to disregard below?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
* during Video Call

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* OS: Windows 7 Home Premium K (64-bit)
* Boghe: v2.0.91.683
