RCS-e OPTIONS support #156

Hi,

When an RCS-e client sends OPTIONS for the Boghe subscriber, the Boghe client 
will respond with 200 OK, but without its capabilities in the Contact header.

This issue might be a non-issue since this is an RCS client and not an RCS-e 
client (SUBSCRIBE/PUBLISH vs OPTIONS), but would it be possible to activate the 
capabilities support using SIP OPTIONS?

It would be great to use Boghe in a RCS-e setup as well. I hope the changes in 
the source code required for this are limited.

I am using Boghe v 2.0.112.744 on a WinXP system.
