pass n_gpus to catboost and now we are able to work with Bosch #4

One 1080TI and 6000 rounds gives
(Bosch, Time(s)) (Bosch, Accuracy) cat-gpu 143.488 0.994209 xgb-gpu-hist 353.431 0.994074
