Mags selling at full price to normal stalkers is overpowered, it was previously removed in a_magazine.script, but made its way back in 1.5.2 version.
Also includes small fix for ret.new_cost. If we just use calculated cost, then all previous changes to prices made by other scripts would be completely overriden, making them useless, so we have to consider ret.new_cost if it's present.
