Сyrillic display #252

In the description (rus version). Incorrect Cyrillic display. (1 and 2 scrin) Description mags and in the MCM menu.(3 skrin)

I checked gamedata\configs\text\rus and found that: the file st_items_magazines_pistol.xml and st_items_magazines_rifles.xml has hieroglyphs instead of Russian letters

However, st_items_magazines.xml has a correct display

Я когда то давно переводил супер старые версии. До новых я не добрался, и поэтому в половине магазинов текста нет, как и в МСМ, тут проблема в том, что когда архивируешь в зип файл, винрар решает порофлить, и сбивает кодировку в русском тексте. Сохрани в кодировке Cyrillic Windows 1251. Но в половине магазинов как не было текста так и не будет.
