Certain guns cause ammo box to fly out of chest when reloading

After noticing it sometimes in game I went to test and ive noticed a bit of guns do this bug, I went into debug mode to test and ive listed all guns I could find that make this ammo box (that is usually a count of 14 of whatever ammo the gun you reloaded is shooting) appear:

as a note, im doing this on G.A.M.M.A, so a bit of the guns are from mods such as BAS and PPP and the AUGmented pack (I believe):

Pistols

• all the BAS APS pistols
• Five Seven
• BAS Glocks
• MP-443 (PPP)
• all PL-15 pistols (I think these are from BAS)

SMGs

• Aug 9mm (Aug pack?)
• SR-2M
• Both Thompsons (I don't know what mod adds these but they're in the G.A.M.M.A list)
• UMP45

Rifles

• SA-58 AUS (BAS) (wpn_fal_aus)
• M4 Tactical (BAS) (wpn_m4_tac)
• all BAS SCAR-H's

Snipers

• Remington 700 Archangel (BAS upgrade kit I believe)
• SR-25 (BAS)
• the BAS SKS' that use detachable magazines

I didn't test due to me not being home at my computer but I do know more guns have this issue (the one I know for sure is the BAS AKSU) when the "one in the chamber" option is turned on. but all the testing I did here is with that option turned off

I accidentally closed this issue, if anyone is wondering why I closed then opened the issue again

Hey, I've installed the mod yesterday and had no issues with my UMP, today however this issue occurred, I fixed it by dropping all the ammo for the UMP on the ground and reloading, so it had nothing to drop, I then picked up the ammo back up and it's now not dropping when I do a reload.

Did you manage to fix it any other way?

Doesn't work for me. Sure if I reload with no spare ammo in the inventory no ammo drop occurs. However once I have a bunch of spare bullets (say 15) and I reload some of those bullets 100% drop on the floor.

I've managed to solve the problem if I download current version (2023.01.29) and use magazines.script file included in it. There was a couple of changes related with refunding ammo that no longer throws ammo to the ground upon reload. I've tested it multiple times with several weapons.
