Hey! I encountered the same issue with the new gamma update and got it fixed by moving the MagsRedux mod further up in MO2. Mine was almost at the bottom under the "GAMMA Disabled Section" and moving it up into the "Optional Section" just above "Ironman Roguelite" fixed this crash/load Problem. I'm not sure if that's just changing the load order uf the mods or something else, i'm used to vortex.
Hope that works for you as well, gamma isn't playable without mags as soon as you get used to it.
Cheers
This is generally caused by bad magazine config files. Most often in gamma. Please try and recreate the issue in unmodded anomaly with only mags redux and MCM installed. if it doesn't happen then you will need to find out what gun mod is adding bad magaine configs.
If you cannot test on a base anomaly because you play GAMMA: GAMMA uses a modified version of this mod, go bug Grok
Evetime that I start a new game and I load in I crash before I can even see the spawn area the logs give me no information or at least none I can understand I don't believe I can add an image in github so I'll instead paste what it says the fatal error is. This is without any other mods enabled and purely just mags redux
